So, i was surfing Youtube like usual and I saw a video, titled " Ghost that scared the shit out of Singapore soldiers" [ooo scarryy] the video currently has about 5 millions views!
yupp no joking 5 million!
What i have read in the newspaper a few years back is that the video is a prank stunt by their officer or something like that. My brother told me that the "ghost" appeared in the video is actually a "shooting board" put up by Mr prankster (some people claim its a bedsheet). You can check out the video at this link.

Unfortunately, English actually is the official language in Singapore. The whole country doesn't realise they sound like they're speaking at an elementary school level. The only difference is that an elementary student has more capacity for future improvement.
