Heyy my classmates dearest.
I know its the holidays and i bet you all are not doing your homeworks.HAHAHA
I cant find time to do them either. But do your best to finish all the homeworks alright.

So anyway , Im here to share with you guys about the well known virus for now, H1N1. And nooooo its not the Piggys fault. Its all those ignorant people who still went to the countries that are affected and in my opinion, those student studying overseas shouldn't come back, they just keep adding up the cases! LIKE OMG!

I was surfing facebook one day when i got an invitation to join this group created by a bunch of student who are making a petition so that MOE could extend thier holidays. It'll be awesome if they do. However they might cut your nov/dec holidays. Well who knows?

So i read the newspaper everyday to find more about the virus. But all those news will be like only 2 pages or so and they dont really tell much.

Im really glad theres this thing called the INTERNET that could tell me more about the H1N1 virus.

So this is the news i read about at yahoo.sg :D

SINGAPORE : Singapore has confirmed another 23 cases of the H1N1 flu, bringing to 126 the total so far.

Of the 23 new cases, eight are local cases from two clusters of local transmission.
The first is the Riverlife Church, which saw five students fall ill after attending its services on June 13 and 14.

One of them, a student at Chung Cheng High School (Main) was reported on Friday.
Four are new cases, including the student’s younger brother. Another three are also students at Chung Cheng High School.

A second cluster was found at the National University of Singapore (NUS), which saw three students fall ill.

One of them was reported on Friday, while the other two had their infection confirmed on Saturday.
The two new cases are a 24—year—old Columbian woman and a 22—year—old American woman.

All three are foreign exchange students who had met up on June 13. They were with a group of other NUS schoolmates on an educational trip to Thailand from June 5 to 8.

There are also two new cases that have no confirmed links with previous patients.
One of them is the father of a boy who is a close contact of an earlier case.
The Ministry of Health is investigating if both infections are related.
The remaining 15 are all imported cases, including a 14—year—old Asian Youth Games participant from the Philippines.
He has been admitted to the Communicable Disease Centre, while his team—mates and two coaches are quarantined at the Aloha Resort at Loyang.

Singapore’s total number of confirmed H1N1 cases now stands at 126, with 94 still in hospital. They are in stable condition.

So, i was surfing Youtube like usual and I saw a video, titled " Ghost that scared the shit out of Singapore soldiers" [ooo scarryy] the video currently has about 5 millions views!
yupp no joking 5 million!
What i have read in the newspaper a few years back is that the video is a prank stunt by their officer or something like that. My brother told me that the "ghost" appeared in the video is actually a "shooting board" put up by Mr prankster (some people claim its a bedsheet). You can check out the video at this link.

Unfortunately, English actually is the official language in Singapore. The whole country doesn't realise they sound like they're speaking at an elementary school level. The only difference is that an elementary student has more capacity for future improvement.

Its confirmed that we're having a class barbeque on the 11th of November. take note. 11th November . . Me and Yang Wei are going to book the pit at east coast. Also , we are going to order the food from http://www.bbqhouse.com.sg/ and the total price would be about $90 . The food will be delivered to the pit on the day itself. so i suggest everyone bring about $4 per person. bring extra in case some people do not come. BUT IM SURE EVERYONE WILL COME . 41 fun things to ~~not~~ do during an exam

You should not attempt these things during an actual exam. The following is meant for entertainment purposes only.

1. Bring a pillow. Fall asleep (or pretend to) until the last 15 minutes. Wake up, say "alamak, better get cracking" and do some gibberish work. Turn it in a few minutes early.

2. Get a copy of the exam, run out screaming "Mr Tan, Mr Tan, I've got the secret documents!!"

3. If it is a math/science exam, answer in essay form. If it is long answer/essay form, answer with numbers and symbols. Be creative. Use the integral symbol.

4. Make paper airplanes out of the exam. Aim them at the invigilator's left nostril.

5. Talk the entire way through the exam. Read questions aloud, debate your answers with yourself out loud. If asked to stop, yell out, "I'm so sure you can hear me thinking. " Then start talking about what a jerk the instructor is.

6. Bring cheerleaders.

7. Walk in, get the exam, sit down. About five minutes into it, loudly say to the instructor, "I don't understand any of this. I've been to every lecture all semester long! What's the deal? And who are you? Where's the regular guy?"

8. Bring PSP . Play with the volume at max level.

9. Bring pets.

10. Run into the exam room looking about frantically. Breathe a sigh of relief. Go to the invigilator, say "They've found me, I have to leave the country" and run off.

11. Fifteen minutes into the exam, stand up, rip up all the papers into very small pieces, throw them into the air and yell out "Merry Christmas. "If you're really daring, ask for another copy of the exam. Say you lost the first one. Repeat this process every fifteen minutes. (be creative use happy hari raya / happy new year instead )

12. Do the exam with crayons, paint, or fluorescent markers.

13. Come into the exam wearing slippers, a bathrobe, a towel on your head, and nothing else.

14. Do the entire exam in another language. For math/science exams, try using Roman numerals.

15. Bring things to throw at the invigilator when s/he's not looking. Blame it on the person nearest to you.

16. As soon as the invigilator hands you the exam, eat it.

17. Every five minutes, stand up, collect all your things, move to another seat, continue with the exam.

18. Turn in the exam approximately 30 minutes into it. As you walk out, start commenting on how easy it was.

19. Bring a black marker. Return the exam with all questions and answers completely blacked out.

20. Get the exam. Twenty minutes into it, throw your papers down violently, scream out "Forget this!" and walk out triumphantly.

21. Show up completely drunk. (Completely drunk means at some point during the exam, you should start crying for mommy).

22. Every now and then, clap twice rapidly. If the invigilator asks why, tell him/her in a very derogatory tone, "the light bulb that goes on above my head when I get an idea is hooked up to a clapper. DUH!"

23. Come to the exam wearing a black cloak. After about 30 minutes, put on a white mask and start yelling "I'm here, the phantom of the opera" until they drag you away.

24. Upon receiving the exam, look it over, while laughing loudly, say "you don't really expect me to waste my time on this drivel? Days of our Lives is on!!!"

25. Bring a water pistol with you.

26. From the moment the exam begins, hum to "go go power rangers". Ignore the invigilator requests for you to stop. When they finally get you to leave one way or another, begin whistling the song Im yours. (think of other songs if you have to)

27. Start a brawl in the middle of the exam.

28. Come in wearing a full knight's outfit, complete with sword and shield. or just dress lke Harry Potter. :P

29. Bring a friend to give you a back massage the entire way through the exam. Insist this person is needed, because you have bad circulation.

30. When you walk in, complain about the heat.

31. After you get the exam, call the instructor over, point to any question, ask for the answer. Try to work it out of him/her.

32. One word: Wrestlemania.

33. Bring balloons, blow them up, start throwing them around like they do before concerts start.

34. Try to get people in the room to do the wave.

35. Play frisbee with a friend at the other side of the room.

36. Bring one pencil with a very sharp point. Break the point off your paper. Sharpen the pencil. Repeat this process for one hour.

37. Get deliveries of candy, flowers, balloons, telegrams, etc. . . sent to you every few minutes throughout the exam.

38. During the exam, take apart everything around you. Desks, chairs, anything you can reach.

39. Complete the exam with everything you write being backwards at a 90 degree angle.

40. Bring a musical instrument with you, play various tunes. If you are asked to stop, say "it helps me think. "

41. Answer the exam with the "Top Ten Reasons Why Mr/miss/Mrs ___ is a Terrible Teacher"

e4, we did it again! Well, although we were not the Overall Champion, but we definitely enjoyed ourselves, ya? Frankly, the experience had been extremely memorable - when the whole class showed so much spirit in the games: the energy in the games, the endless cheers, the happy faces... It was the first time that I've seen EVERYONE so united as one.

I'm aware that it's rather expensive for a customized jersey.
We'd to get the design within the shortest period of time possible, and get it printed on the day once everyone agrees with the design.

Asia Apparels Pte. Ltd (Singapore) was the only supplier that promised to get our order done by Friday (29th Aug 2008). Hence, we went ahead with getting our Jerseys printed by Asia Apparels Singapore.

Their price may be way expensive than the other suppliers out there, but their material are good. Furthermore we had a guarantee from them that they would get our jers. done by Thursday, for us to wear it on ACES Day.

Oh, and we (YW, KK, Janiah, Zabz) have changed the sizes of the jers for some of you guys, because we'd either thought it's too small, or too big for you. {:

Lastly, my sincere apologies if there is any better supplier out there, charging at a rather reasonable price that I'd missed out.

Please come to school in your PE-shirt and Pants on Friday (ACES DAY/T'chers DAY)
Be there early, cos' we'll all change into our class jersey once they are distributed!
